Lovely rooms overlooking the beach. Great beds, great linen. Great housekeeping. Chefs and Restaurant manager were lovely. Great food. They made extra vegetarian for us. Animation team were friendly and helpful. Nice beach, friendly Dive centre .

Wi-Fi needs an upgrade especially as they are in a poor 4g area. Electricity plugs in room need looking at.

Cold food , Rocky beach and swimming pool wasn't clean

1- Smooth check in 2- Big rooms and clean 3- Foods in all meals are well cooked and clean 4- Location is nice 5- Pool is too big

1- Breakfast need more attention I.E. Cheeses are not good. Bread is not always fresh. 2- the name of the food need to be written and tagged in each plate in all meals 3- we were all inclusive package for egyptian. Hard drink was not permitted in the package although it is permitted for foreigners with the same package. From the other side the soft drink and coffee were very poor.

Everything was perfect,from the lovely friendly staff ,the quality and presentation of the food. Throughout the hotel, everything was clean and well maintained .Highly recommended

Breakfast was very good. Sea view is amazing. Mr. Sabry was exceptionally helpful and nice.

Lunch was poor, I couldn't find any snacks and the offered games (Billiards and ping-pong) were in a terrible condition.

The location and the building

The food there is no varaities available I'm not paying to eat the last day lunch on the next day And the deserts are the worst The service most of the staff are new they are not trained well The way they treat the guests the worst No air-conditioned at the lobby and at the room the air conditioning is working infeont of the room's door only They are not able to serve the 50% or less that they had what if they have full capacity The pool for four days they didn't clean it Also they don't have enough chezloung for the geusts

Bel hôtel. Belle piscine .

La plage est belle mais l'accès à l'eau n'ai pas possible car on se retrouve directement sur le récif avec une hauteur d'eau aux chevilles. Après 30 m en se retrouve au niveau du tombant .Pendant 6 jours la houle était trop forte et donc le drapeau rouge était hissé. Impossible de faire su snorkeling interdit par le staff même étant bon nageur .

Struttura un po’ datata ma bella, pulita e personale molto gentile e disponibile. I negozietti all’Interno dell’hotel ben riforniti e i loro responsabili molto simpatici e cordiali. Cibo buono anche se con poca varietà.

Wi-fi presente solo nella hall e non sempre ci si riusciva a connettere bene.

Mi sono trovata bene ,il cibo era abbastanza buono ogni sera c'erano piatti diversi, quello che mi è piaciuto di più era il mare sembrava di essere in un acquario

Mi è piaciuto molto il personale, il modo in cui hanno pulito la stanza, il cibo e la spiaggia. Ottimo lavoro.

Camera e bagno spaziosi, vista eccellente. Sono rimasta piacevolmente colpita dal cibo che ho trovato buono e per nulla speziato. Massaggi ed escursioni eccellenti. Staff premuroso e cordiale, direi familiare.

Das Essen war abwechslungsreich und gut. Die Zimmer waren renoviert, groß und wurden täglich geputzt. Es gab jeden Tag frische Handtücher und große Wasserflaschen . Der Strand war sauber, mit ordentlichen Schirmen und Liegen und einer Beachbar. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hat sich sehr bemüht. Auch der Spa Bereich war schön und kann empfohlen werden. Vor Ort gibt es auch eine PADI- Tauchschule. Die im Internet kursierenden Bewertungen können wir nicht nachvollziehen. Wir würden das Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen.

Es wäre schön, wenn man etwas umweltbewusster wäre und auf die Pappbecher verzichten würde. Freies WLAN gibt es leider nur in der Lobby.
