Lovely rooms overlooking the beach. Great beds, great linen. Great housekeeping. Chefs and Restaurant manager were lovely. Great food. They made extra vegetarian for us. Animation team were friendly and helpful. Nice beach, friendly Dive centre .

Wi-Fi needs an upgrade especially as they are in a poor 4g area. Electricity plugs in room need looking at.

Cold food , Rocky beach and swimming pool wasn't clean

1- Smooth check in 2- Big rooms and clean 3- Foods in all meals are well cooked and clean 4- Location is nice 5- Pool is too big

1- Breakfast need more attention I.E. Cheeses are not good. Bread is not always fresh. 2- the name of the food need to be written and tagged in each plate in all meals 3- we were all inclusive package for egyptian. Hard drink was not permitted in the package although it is permitted for foreigners with the same package. From the other side the soft drink and coffee were very poor.

Everything was perfect,from the lovely friendly staff ,the quality and presentation of the food. Throughout the hotel, everything was clean and well maintained .Highly recommended

Breakfast was very good. Sea view is amazing. Mr. Sabry was exceptionally helpful and nice.

Lunch was poor, I couldn't find any snacks and the offered games (Billiards and ping-pong) were in a terrible condition.

The location and the building

The food there is no varaities available I'm not paying to eat the last day lunch on the next day And the deserts are the worst The service most of the staff are new they are not trained well The way they treat the guests the worst No air-conditioned at the lobby and at the room the air conditioning is working infeont of the room's door only They are not able to serve the 50% or less that they had what if they have full capacity The pool for four days they didn't clean it Also they don't have enough chezloung for the geusts

The hotel is nice but needs more cleaning service everywhere. Very excellent was the food, especially in the Silvester night. The chief cook present the food very nice and it taste all really high class.

The dinner food isn't very delicious and few varieties No marina for snorkelling but they will give you cards to use in the neighbor hotel for one time There was leakage from the bathroom to the room but the room service was always there for cleaning

Only the location of the hotel, despite that the beach has no marina to help visitors to access the sea, as the beach is not sandy , but rocky.

First When I arrived at reception and show them Booking Voucher, I have bee told that there is no booking for me, and they have no confirmation email from Booking..I went through a big argument and lately they told me to wait for 3 or 4 hours until they get confirmation... Around 4:00 pm, they give me the room, with apologies !!! When I went to my room , I found it without electricity, and when I asked the reason they told me that there are no electricity for the whole hotel, later, I discovered that there is a big problem with the generator feeding the hotel, and they were working on it... Electricity for the upcoming 3 days , went off any time and for long hours !!!! My booking was All Inclusive, that's mean they have to provide 2 bottles of water every days, which is not done. Water inside the hotel and at swimming pool bar, has some taste, and from a poor brand that i have never hear about it before. I found 2 cockroach (see pictures ) inside my room. Food was ugly, and plates, forks, etc...were put without enough cleaning. I call the manager of the hotel, and told him about all these issues , and he promised to solve all this issues...

The service. We slept with no AC and it wasnt comfortable. We have been calling the front desk to get someone fix the AC or get us another problem. We ended up sleeping with the door open to get fresh air

How be this hotel 5 star. Impossible this 5 star maximum 1 or 2 start.

Staff very helpful and friendly. Wonderful location and views from room. Spacious room and very comfortable. Lovely coral reef for snorkelling

Quite windy and sea could be rough and dangerous.Food was repetitive. the worst part was the animation team. No idea at all. Music around the pool was very loud and repetitive. Very poor entertainment in the evening

The land scape and the fact that all rooms can have a sea view

1) room was not clean 2) toilets not functioning properly it took 3 days from the hotel to fix it as we were calling everyday and insisting on fixing it 3) tab was blocked 4) no hot water in the shower especially after 6pm 5) we were allowed to have only one key for the room despite the fact we were 3 and everyone wants to enter the room at his convenience ...in many other hotel the room has two keys 6) food at breakfast finishes quickly no refills 7) the site says the hotel is located at mars allam sorry the hotel is in Quseir not mars allam 8) beach u can not go Swiming ...I have been traveling to gouna, hurghada , safaga, & Marss allam , Dahab , sharm (Red Sea zone) and never saw a red flag on the beach but at this hotel I saw the red flag

I find that the resturant is not 5 staar but minder than 1 star. The coffie is derty and the thee is not goed. Brekfast was not varius and the eeting is noet goed Plese dont send torsten to this hotel

booking send not any one to this hotel . the matras are not good and the tegels are very bad en broeken in the rooms and buiten the rooms.

The property is spacious. Two pools. Nice staff. Friendly front office. Air-conditioning is working well. Good TV channels. Clean bathroom.

Old fashioned rooms. The beach was Rocky. You can hear the music in the pool from your room. Breakfast was average.
